INFORMATION ON DATA PROCESSING

• The data of the person who has been qualified to present their presentation in the "Call for Abstract" competition during the Urban Mobility Flow 2024 conference will be processed and stored in accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR).

• The data controller is the Polish Union of Active Mobility (PUMA) with its registered office in Gdańsk – Jana Heweliusza Street 29, 80-861 Gdańsk; email: info@mobilnosc.org; phone: +48 58 719 97 99.

• Personal data will be processed for purposes related to the Urban Mobility Flow 2024 conference to the necessary extent, i.e., name and surname. The legal basis for processing is Article 6, section 1, letter b of the GDPR.

• Personal data will be stored for the period necessary for document archiving in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.

• Regarding their personal data, individuals have the right to request: access to data, data rectification, objection to data processing, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability.

• Personal data will not be subject to decisions based on automated processing, including profiling.

• The winner has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that their data is being processed in violation of the regulations.

• Providing personal data is necessary to present a presentation in the "Call for Abstract" competition during the Urban Mobility Flow 2024 conference.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - SUBMISSION RULES

• Applications for abstracts must comply with the following rules.

• Please consult the themes to ensure the relevance of the abstract and choose the most relevant one applicable to your abstract.

• Be aware that only one person per abstract will be able to present and be granted with the speakers’ ticket fee.

• A selected speaker is not allowed to designate a substitute in case he/she is not available. It is up to the Urban Mobility Flow Programme Team to make such a decision if relevant.

• Abstracts must be submitted through the Urban Mobility Flow website.

• Acceptance of abstracts into the conference programme will be based on the evaluation by the expert reviewing team and the Urban Mobility Flow 2024 Programme Team.

• Speakers will receive a notification on the evaluation of their respective abstracts via the email specified during the abstract submission.

• Speakers of the accepted abstracts will be required to confirm their attendance and finalize their registration by the end of October 2024 prior to their final Inclusion in the conference programme.

• The Urban Mobility Flow organisers do not cover travel and accommodation costs but speakers do enjoy a reduction of 100% on the full conference ticket fee.

• Selected speakers give the organisers the right to share their presentation slides and use extracts in Polish Union of Active Mobility publications (with reference to the source).

• Selected speakers give the organisers the right to record their speech in audio and/or video format to share it with Urban Mobility Flow 2024 participants and to use extracts in Polish Union of Active Mobility publications (with reference to the source).

• Selected speakers commit to help promoting the Urban Mobility Flow 2024 edition.

• By submitting this application, I hereby declare that all the information provided above is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I also acknowledge that any false information provided may result in disqualification from the competition.
